MY STORY

After being obese for the majority of my life, I decided to make some positive lifestyle changes. With the power of healthy eating and consistent exercise, I was able to lose and KEEP OFF 80 lbs. Physically, I felt younger and more energized. Mentally, I became confident and disciplined.

The quality of my life improved drastically, and I wanted nothing more but to help others achieve their health and fitness goals. So, I pursued a bachelor’s degree in health sciences (Indiana University), a Personal Training Certificate (American College of Sports Medicine), and a Boxing Fitness Trainer Certificate (Box n Burn Acadamy). I provide coaching that is based on my education, personal experience, and experience coaching others.

During my time as a fitness trainer, I’ve worked with HUNDREDS of people with a wide variety of goals and backgrounds. I absolutely LOVE helping others become healthier and more confident! Whether it’s through boxing or through fitness coaching, my goal is to serve my clients to the best of my capacity!
